Kress Partnership Program
Consignment and Auto Replenishment
•
Consignment – Product delivered is owned by Kress until it is sold. We feel it
would be a benefit to dealers rather than passing the burden of floor planning
onto each Kress Dealer.
•
With all Kress Consignment products, we will have a set retail price that each
dealer will adhere to in the market.
•
We will provide promotions to ensure we are competitive in the market.
Promotions will be reviewed regularly and announced quarterly.
•
Consignment products are any products driven by a battery along with the
batteries and chargers for the equipment.
•
Auto Replenishment - Each dealer will be classified for Auto Replenishment by
product category based on expected sales volumes and inventories needed.
The classifications will drive the minimum and maximums that drive the Auto
Replenishment process.
•
Min/Max parameters are customizable and can be adjusted as needed through
your Business Development Manager (“BDM”) by product category, model, and
by season.
•
You and your BDM will play a huge part in maximizing the efficiency of the
Min/Max parameters.
MIN/MAX – (How it Works)
•
When the Dealer inventory, at model level, is lower than the MIN (minimum
inventory level) the system will create a replenishment order to bring you back
to the MAX (maximum inventory level). The Min/Max is based on weekly
replenishment needs.
o For Example: If Max is 10 and Min is 5. When your inventory goes below 5
for that model a replenishment order will be triggered.
