Inventory and Stocking
1. KPP inventory and stocking is managed by the Company through an autoreplenishment process that uses minimum and maximum inventory levels
(“Min/Max Levels”) and product model/sku numbers to determine the
Dealer’s need for additional inventory.
2. The Dealer and the Company work together to set the Min/Max Levels.
Company and Dealer will work to regularly review the Min/Max Levels to
ensure optimal stock levels for the Dealer at all times.
3. Prior to shipping Kress Products, the Company must confirm approval from
the Company Finance Department for the shipment to be released. If there
are issues, they must be noted in the online system provided for Dealer to
transact business with the Company (the “Dealer Portal”) to be resolved.
4. The Dealer shall accept shipments based upon the Auto-Replenishment
Process. If modifications are needed, the Dealer must contact the Company
to request an adjustment to the Min/Max Levels. If the Min/Max Levels are
approved and adjusted in the Dealer Portal, Dealer will then collaborate with
the Company to adjust current stock on hand, if necessary.
