Procedure
KPP Product Shipping and Prioritization
1. The Company ships Kress Products each week on Wednesday, Thursday,
or Friday using the Auto-Replenishment Process. The product is shipped
with freight paid for by the Company.
2. If a product is backordered or has availability issues, the Company will
prioritize shipment based on the Dealer’s Kress Club Membership status
provided in the dealer portal and Dealer Classification based on market
size and type in conjunction with the number of items needed by model.
3. Dealers can check the status of shipments, and track them, via the carrier
with information provided on the Dealer Portal.
Dealer Receives Product from Company
1. When Dealer receives product from the Company, they are responsible for
inspecting the product received to confirm that the product shipped to
them, per the packing slip, was received in total and without any damage.
2. If a product quantity is inaccurate or is damaged, the dealer must complete
an Overage, Shortage and Damage Claim (“OS&D Claim”) on the Dealer
Portal. The Company will investigate and adjudicate the claim based on
information provided, including pictures. If a product needs replacement
quickly, the Dealer can submit a Helpdesk Request on the Dealer Portal for
replacement unit(s).
Product Sale Process
1. At the time of sale to the Customer, Dealer is required to scan the Serial
Number Barcode on each Kress product with a barcode scanner or the
Portal App to:
a. Identify each unit’s serial number, mark the unit as sold, and remove
it from inventory.
b. Adjust the units in inventory for determination of Min/Max Levels.
c. Identify the type of Customer to whom the product is sold and
provide the correct Warranty Terms.
d. Select Programs the customer qualifies for at the time of sale.
e. Initiate customer registration for the Customer and the Company.
