2. If the Dealer is unable to scan the serial number barcode, the Dealer must
enter the serial number information for each Kress product manually in the
Dealer Portal using the manual entry function. Dealers are strongly
encouraged to use the Portal App as outlined in Part 1 of this Section in
order to eliminate errors and simplify the sales process.
Product Invoicing
1. The day following the sale of the product to the Customer, the Company will
invoice Dealer for all sold products from the previous day at the current
published retail price, less commission and any applicable programs and
promotions.
2. All invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of receipt and are payable
through the payment processing system that can be accessed via a link on
the Dealer Portal.
Monthly Stock Counting
1. The Dealer will, from time to time, be required to participate in a simple
reconciliation process that outlines which Kress Products have been
scanned for sale, and which remain in Dealer’s inventory (“Stock
Counting”). Stock Counting shall be completed on the dates assigned to
each Dealer in the Dealer Portal.
2. Discrepancies or missing units identified in Stock Counting must be
identified as sold, transferred, or stolen. If Stock Counting is completed
after a program has ended, the Dealer will lose any promotions or
discounts for which they may have otherwise qualified.
3. In the event of repeated reconciliation errors, the Company may block
future shipments until all issues identified by Stock Counting are resolved.
Return Process
1. Dealers can request products be returned to the Company from Dealer’s
inventory through the Dealer Portal and goes through an approval and
review process. Before any returns are approved, the Annual Business Plan
and Min/Max Levels applicable to the Dealer may be adjusted to ensure
that returned products are not needed in the future.
