Summary
Kress offers the Kress 90 Day Commercial Product Satisfaction Guarantee to solidify and
encourage sales of Kress Commercial CyberTank crew conversion kit sales to commercial
customers to create confidence in their purchase of benefits and capabilities of the Kress
products.
Program Overview – Following a full demonstration of products prior to delivering to the
customer qualifies for a refund of their purchase if they return the CyberTank and
associated tools within 90 days of purchase to their Kress dealer and provide details of
how the product did not perform as expected.

Proof of customer receiving a full product demonstration documented on the Kress 90day Commercial Guarantee Demo Confirmation Form Kress Demo Confirmation Form
The CyberTank and additional Commercial products need to be on a single invoice.
Refunds are provided back to dealer to facilitate return based on the amount invoiced
to the dealer and excludes dealer delivery and set-up fees.
Dealer is responsible for refunding customer the full price charged including
commission paid to the dealer.
Returned consignment products may be placed back into the KPP/consignment
program upon product inspection and approval by BDM.
Units receive a 10% discount when placed back into consignment inventory.
Program excludes products damaged by the customer.

The end user must receive a Kress CyberSystem Demonstration from a trained dealer
professional.
Dealer will review the performance limitation of each product in the set. This would
include live examples of typical run times and limitations of run times.
Dealer will Review the approximate time for the CyberTank to charge a battery and
discuss how many batteries a day the CyberTank is capable of charging and show a
live demonstration of charging.
Review of the weight, decibel levels, operator comfort, power of each tool in the set.
Confirm customer operates each product.
Program can be cancelled or modified without notice.
