From the top of the assembly, slide the edges of the lower peg board into the channels between
the 8’ uprights until the bottom edge of the peg board sits in the ridge of the bottom spanner.

Insert the prongs at each end of the splicer rail into the slots in the 8’ uprights closest to the top of
the peg board.
